• $100 Damage and cleaning deposit is required with the rental.  It will be returned, less any damage or cleaning fees, within 10 days of the rental. The person signing the agreement shall be liable for any damages occurring during the rental period.




Liability
Creekside is not responsible for damage to or loss of any merchandise, equipment, or articles left on Creekside premises prior to, during, or following an event. Creekside is not responsible for any action or inaction by representatives of the catering firm which results in injury or loss to any participant at any event. Creekside is not responsible for the cancellation of an event due to circumstances beyond its control such as fire, electrical or mechanical failure, water disruption, or weather-related events. As the renting party, you are responsible for all damages to the Creekside premises and to any equipment and you assume full liability and full financial responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of your guests, employees, contractors, and other persons on Creekside premises for your event.
