Swim Team

Welcome Back!
Welcome back to everyone. We are looking forward to an exciting summer. We have joined a new league this year, The East Cooper Swim League (ECSL). This is real league and not the developmental league. Teams in the league include Creekside, Park West, Hamlin Plantation, RiverTowne, and Hobcaw Plantation. Meets will start on Wednesday June 11th and will all be on Wednesday nights in Mt. Pleasant.

Tee Shirt Sponsors:
We are looking for sponsors again this year for tee shirts. If your business is interested in sponsoring $100 - $150 towards the purchase of team tee shirts please see Deveaux Carter or Cheryl Majewski. Please bring the check for sponsorship to the club. We will place sponsorship logos on the back of the tee shirts.

Championship Meet:
The championship meet will be held July 12th. We will have more details by the end of May. A larger number of swimmers will be able to participate compared to years past, and it is only a one day meet as opposed to three days.

Suits, Caps &Tumbler Cups:
Team suits are available at Time Out Sports. Caps and Tumbler Cups with the swim team logo will be available for purchase from Deveaux Carter.

Parent Volunteers at Meets:
In order for swim meets to take place we require the effort of all parents. Each family will be required to sign up to work at two swim meets. Deveaux Carter has sign up sheets available so sign up early! As soon as we know volunteer requirements for the championship meet we will pass them along to everyone. The new league will bring a great change for everyone so be patient as we try to learn on the new requirements of this league but should be a much better fit for our team and a lot more fun.
